Individual Therapy

I provide clients a safe and nonjudgmental environment and utilize a highly collaborative, cognitive-behavioral, strengths and mindfulness-based approach to therapy. This includes paying attention to my client’s values and helping them find solutions that align with those values. My approach is structured but flexible enough to allow clients to maximize their time in session. I also believe that much of the growth clients experience occurs outside of the therapy session. Establishing a plan of action to practice newly acquired skills is an essential component of therapy.

Both online and in-person sessions are available.  It is recommended that the first appointment be in-person).

Fees

At this time ACC does accept health insurance. Clients with out-of-network benefits can submit claims directly to their insurance provider or through a health savings account. Private pay feels are as follows:

Therapy intake - 60 minutes | $150
Follow up therapy sessions - 60 minutes | $125
